Mouth Watering Stuffed Mushroom Recipe With Airfryer by VahChef
welcome to our new sessions of cookingwith technology that is cooking with
Phillips where each one of you can besuper chef. You know we all love mushrooms
because mushrooms have a very niceawesome aroma and the flavor that you
know you cook anything you put muttermushroom paneer even with the meat
paneer taste is fantastic but there is onething that we always struggle with the
mushrooms is deep-frying when you deep fry there's lot of moisture that comes out
of these mushroom and you know theydon't fry well it doesn't do good with the
oil but you can fry using the airfryer and still retain the nice texture and
bring out the awesome flavors ofmushrooms so I'm going to first do a
stuffing that is going in this mushroomthat is take some boiled potato very
simple this is going to be used as astuffing in this i'm going to add some
chopped coriander, some chopped greenchillies, green peas and everything
you're going to put some salt
and squeeze in some lime juice thisstuffing is going to complement with the
outside mixture so just add all of thisand then we're going to mix this and
we're going to use this as a stuffingjust make sure that the salt everything
is mixed well so while this is done i'mgoing to keep it on the side and now i'm
going to make a marinade, marinatefor the mushrooms basically this is a kind
of a tandoori marinade if you want tomake chicken or anything you can try
this method here I've got hung curd sojust take some of the hung curd you want
the hung curd to be nice and slightly thick because you will love the texture when
this is fried specially using airfryer butyou know to suck in the moisture from
this we're going to add something elsewhich i'm going to show you in a while, in
this we're going to add some chilipowder even if you want to add chaat
masala, some kasuri methi powder okay once again you can use this method to
make paneer, chicken or anything it'lltaste fantastic, some garam masala powder
and also some ginger-garlic paste
okay that should be good enough and nowif there is any extra moisture that is
going to be there in curd
we're going to add roasted chana dal powder into this, this is good and now
we're going to mix it along with allthis mixture and we're going to make it
into a nice thick paste now add mushroom to this and also add little bit
of salt so I'm just going to coat thesemushrooms but be careful because the
mushrooms can easily break if thismixture is really thick
okay just so I just want the mushrooms to be coated well and these mushrooms
are going to be stuffed with the potatomixture now you know just make sure that
the masala is coating all the paneerjust take the potato mixture stuff it
like this and take another piece ofmushroom put it on top and that's it
all we're going to do later is we'regoing to put a toothpick
through these mushrooms and then we're going to fry it in the airfryer so i'm
going to show you one more take onemushroom that has been coated well, take
some of the potato mixture put it in the center take another mushroom just press
it in like this take a toothpick and stuff it in ok so you have the mushrooms
like this see you can do many variations you can do with paneer you can do it so
many but this you know mushrooms willlook very good and also tastes really
nice when they are fried in the airfryer so I've got some more stuffing in
here take one more piece of mushroom press it and tooth pick that's it
this is what i'm going to do with all ofthem the mushrooms are all ready i'm going
to preheat our airfryer for around three to four minutes at 180 degrees centigrade
once the airfryer is preheated we justcan apply little bit of oil on top of
these mushrooms just the way i amshowing little bit and that should be
good enough they are ready to go intoour air fryer
ok pull the basket out and just put youknow if you want to have mushroom dinner
this is awesome we're going to cook itfor around six to seven minutes and
hundred eighty degrees centigrade now we're going to try these mushrooms
Wow look at them if you want you can also you know just brush it with some ghee
butter or anything and it'll be good
ok now you know the outside the masala is little bit you know spicy and all
inside is mild and this is little bit hot but I love mushrooms ah..mmm
now any of mint yogurt any sauce youlike em especially with this you would
want to eat some nice onion
of course again dipped in some chaat
mmm nice combination so this is very simple you can fry mushrooms without fear of
spoiling the oil or anything especiallyif you use our airfryer and you can make
any of the snacks taste good mm-hmm i hope you enjoyed today's session but do
